Content and discontent

There was a time when I was in really good shape. And then I went into the hospital. And when I tried to engage in strength training again it was too painful to my joints. Now That I'm Older my hips and knees are a little delicate. I really would like to shed a few pounds but I just struggle. I think I must have an oral fixation.
